| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho apresenta um estudo comparativo de técnica e custo entre dois tipos de fundação rasa, sendo radier e sapata isolada. A partir de um estudo de caso de um projeto residencial tem-se previsão das cargas que atuam na fundação, e a com base no ensaio SPT do solo obtém-se os parâmetros do mesmo. Sendo assim possível estimar a capacidade de carga do solo, e dimensionar a fundação em radier e em sapata isolada. Para estimar a capacidade de suportar carga do solo se utiliza da teoria de Terzaghi. O dimensionamento das sapatas se deu com o uso do método das bielas, e seu detalhamento se deu com o uso do software CYPECAD. Para dimensionamento do radier se utiliza do método de Winkler, com auxílio do software GRELHA equivalente, o detalhamento se fez em barras e em telas, no qual o detalhamento da tela se fez o uso do software IBTS. O levantamento da mão de obra para execução das fundações foi com base em índices da TCPO 14, o custeamento dos materiais foi com base na planilha SINAPI 09/2017, e Arcelo Mittal para telas. |
| Abstract: | The present work presents a comparative study of technique and cost between two types of shallow foundation, being radier and sapata isolated. From a case study of a residential project we have forecast the loads that work in the foundation, and a based on the SPT soil test the parameters of the soil are obtained. Thus, it is possible to estimate the load capacity of the soil, and dimensioning the foundation in radier and insulated sapata. To estimate the capacity to withstand soil loading, one uses Terzaghi's theory. The sizing of the sapatas took place with the use of the connecting rod method, and its detailing took place with the use of the CYPECAD software. For scaling of the radier it is used of the method of Winkler, with the aid of the software GRELHA equivalent, the detailing was done in bars and screens, in which the detailing of the screen was made use of IBTS software. The survey of the labor force for the execution of the foundations was based on the indexes of TCPO 14, the costing of the materials was based on the SINAPI 09/2017 worksheet, and Arcelo Mittal for screens. |
