| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Com a necessidade de diminuir custos na construção civil e também melhorar a rapidez com que as construções são realizadas, foi necessário que engenheiros e pesquisadores encontrassem novos métodos construtivos para o setor. Assim o presente trabalho utilizando metodologias qualitativas e um estudo de caso, objetiva comparar o custo de dois métodos construtivos para vedações, sendo eles: bloco cerâmico e gesso acartonado. É sabido que a vedação demanda muito tempo, muita mão-de-obra e vários tipos de materiais, com isso estudos foram necessários para que essa etapa da construção fosse otimizada, chegando assim em resultados que devem ser analisados em diversos aspectos, não somente o custo, pois o tempo de execução influencia e muito no gerenciamento de uma construção. |
| Abstract: | With the need to reduce costs in civil construction and also improve the speed with which the constructions are carried out, it was necessary for engineers and researchers to find new construction methods for the sector. Thus, the present work using qualitative methodologies and a case study, aims to compare the cost of two construction methods for fences, namely: ceramic block and plasterboard. It is known that the fence requires a lot of time, a lot of labor and various types of materials, with that studies were necessary for this stage of construction to be optimized, thus reaching results that must be analyzed in several aspects, not only the cost, because the execution time influences a lot in the management of a construction. |
