CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL: A diferenças entre a legislação municipal das cidades de Poços de Caldas e Pouso Alegre localizadas no sul de Minas Gerais

Abstract

This work aims to carry out a comparative study between the civil construction laws of the cities of Poços de Caldas and Pouso Alegre, both located in the southern region of Minas Gerais. Such an approach is justified due to the fact that municipal laws need to be considered when investing in construction. The entrepreneur can idealize a project or even take advantage of it from other locations, but must execute according to the rules issued by the municipal entity for its approval. The comparative study was carried out in a project of a 200m2 plot whose buildings have 3 floors, a coefficient of 6 units. The research showed that Pouso Alegre's municipal legislation provides greater investment possibilities at a lower cost due to the existing rules. It differs from Poços de Caldas in that the legal norms referring to construction are more taxing, thus burdening entrepreneurs.
