IMPLANTAÇÃO DO PROGRAMA 5S EM UMA EMPRESA PRESTADORA DE SERVIÇOS A FARMÁCIAS LICENCIADAS PARA O AUMENTO DA QUALIDADE E PRODUTIVIDADE A LONGO PRAZO: um estudo de caso

Abstract

The study deals with the application of the 5S program to develop the management and organization of a network of drugstores that provide consultancy to more than 550 licensed pharmacies. The theme was chosen due to the importance of the 5S program for the production engineering area and the results obtained after its implementation, thus seeking continuous improvement within the company. The objective of this study is to present the implementation of the program aiming at the benefits of this application. Thus, studies of the environments and organizational feasibility were carried out to characterize the 5S program, to study the characteristics and needs of the company upon implementation, to analyze the stages and the implementation process and to show the results obtained. From the research levels and taking into account the point of view of the objectives, this work is an exploratory research. The results obtained with the implementation are satisfactory, but there is still much to be developed at the pace determined by the company.
