| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo analisar a complexidade e a viabilidade da implantação da ISO 9001, versão de 2015, em uma empresa têxtil, compreendendo quais são as principais barreiras e oportunidades desse processo. Apresenta um estudo relevante a empresas que consideram essa implantação levando em conta as limitações financeiras e operacionais desse processo. A metodologia do trabalho engloba pesquisa exploratória e bibliográfica, utilizando a pesquisa qualitativa e estudo de caso. Mediante observação e análise documental realizou-se o mapeamento dos processos internos identificando os requisitos já existentes e os faltantes. Contudo, a implantação da ISO 9001 é uma escolha estratégica que deve ser feita cuidadosamente, apesar de seus benefícios e relativo baixo custo. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to analyze the complexity and feasibility of implementing ISO 9001, version 2015, in a textile company, understanding what are the main barriers and opportunities of this process. It presents a relevant study to companies that consider this implementation taking into account the financial and operational limitations of this process. The work methodology includes exploratory and bibliographic research, using qualitative research and case study. Through observation and documentary analysis, the internal processes were mapped, identifying existing and missing requirements. However, the implementation of ISO 9001 is a strategic choice that must be made carefully, despite its benefits and relatively low cost. |
