AUTOMAÇÃO NO REBENEFICIAMENTO DE CAFÉ: empregabilidade no processo

Abstract

This work presents the need to use an automation system to improve the coffee processing and re-processing process, presenting how the process is established, describing the equipment that is used and its function within the industry and where it can be done the instrumentation in the system facilitating and improving the performance of the company's plant. Identifying which points were previously used manually and measurement systems started to be used, generating an increase in productivity. Describing the positive and negative points of the instrumentation used. Analysis on the market which tools are used so that this automation in the coffee industry can be carried out with total security. An example of interlocking will be shown for the use of silos and how the actuation of valves and engines will work. At the end we will see what points can be increased within the automation grid, and future research to be carried out.
