| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho de conclusão de curso tem por objetivo estudar a implantação de uma Ferramenta de Manufatura conhecida como OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), melhor dizendo. Eficiência Global do Equipamento, em uma linha de produção. O OEE começou a ser reconhecido como um importante método de medição do desempenho de máquinas e equipamentos no final dos anos 80 e inicio dos anos 90 e hoje é um recurso muito usado para aumento de lucros e produtividade nas Empresas. Utilizando desta ideia para obter melhorias na produtividade, foi implantada esta ferramenta nas linhas de acabamento em uma empresa automobilística, onde havia uma perda muito grande de tempo e produção. Sendo assim, com os bons resultados obtidos nas linhas utilizadas como inicio, foi padronizado o uso desta ferramenta em outras áreas desta empresa. Com este método foi realizado um levantamento de dados de uma das linhas de produção, apresentando então os métodos para a implantação da ferramenta e os resultados obtidos explorando a ferramenta em estudo. |
| Abstract: | This course conclusion paper aims to study the implementation of a Manufacturing Tool known as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), in other words. Global Equipment Efficiency, on a production line. OEE started to be recognized as an important method of measuring the performance of machines and equipment in the late 80s and early 90s and today it is a widely used resource for increasing profits and productivity in companies. Using this idea to obtain improvements in productivity, this tool was implemented in the finishing lines in an automobile company, where there was a very large loss of time and production. Therefore, with the good results obtained in the lines used as a starting point, the use of this tool in other areas of this company was standardized. With this method a data survey of one of the production lines was carried out, presenting then the methods for the implantation of the tool and the results obtained by exploring the tool under study. |
