| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho irá demonstrar os processos de produção da borracha de vedação veicular tendo como foco a análise de elementos finitos. Testes foram realizados durante todo o processo, desde o desenvolvimento do produto com softwares de simulação até a montagem no veiculo. Também serão mostrados os passos da extrusão do material com a sua geometria determinada, e recortes na peça final. A principal abordagem deste estudo é o impacto do FEA na porcentagem de descarte do produto final, ou seja, a importância das simulações que antecedem a produção da peça, e do desenvolvimento do produto, para que assim seja alcançada a maximização do lucro na empresa. |
| Abstract: | This work will demonstrate the production processes of vehicular sealing rubber focusing on the analysis of finite elements. Tests were carried out throughout the process, from product development with simulation software to mounting on the vehicle. The steps of extruding the material with its determined geometry and cutouts in the final piece will also be shown. The main approach of this study is the impact of the FEA on the percentage of disposal of the final product, that is, the importance of the simulations that precede the production of the part, and the development of the product, so that maximum profit is achieved in the company. |
