ANÁLISE ENERGÉTICA DE UM SISTEMA CICLONICO MISTO E ESTUDO OCUPACIONAL

Abstract

This work presents the study of a monitoring system of the mixed cyclone type (exhaust plus filtering) in a grinding machine in a manufacturer of mechanical springs. An analysis of its energy consumption was performed, shortly after comparing it to a dry cyclonic system. An occupational study was proposed, as there are no records of valid studies in the analyzed company, and an environmental analysis was suggested, as there are no records of the same. Occupational health and safety standards, as well as current environmental requirements and tolerance limits for the emission of metallic dust were also observed.
