| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A proposta deste trabalho foi racionalizar o número de máquinas com a comunização de dispositivos (calcadores). A fim de aperfeiçoar, o número de máquina e o espaço de trabalho, aumentando a carga de trabalho das máquinas específicas (gargalos) e também melhorar o balanceamento da linha e por consequência seu layout. Com isso, as máquinas específicas poderão ser substituídas por máquinas comuns e assim conseguiremos atender um volume maior de produção sem precisar aumentar a estrutura física da planta. Trata-se de uma pesquisa ação, onde devido ao aumento do volume de produção e a limitação do espaço da planta, foi feito uma pesquisa sobre a possibilidade de reduzir o número de máquinas na planta. |
| Abstract: | The purpose of this work was to rationalize the number of machines with the communization of devices (presser feet). In order to optimize, the number of machines and the working space, increasing the workload of specific machines (bottlenecks) and also improving the balance of the line and consequently its layout. With that, the specific machines can be replaced by ordinary machines and thus we will be able to attend a larger volume of production without having to increase the physical structure of the plant. It is an action research, where due to the increase in the volume of production and the limitation of the space of the plant, a research was carried out on the possibility of reducing the number of machines in the plant. |
