| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho consiste em apresentar uma melhoria em uma banheira de resfriamento de uma linha de extrusão de tubos de nylon. Foram utilizadas técnicas para a otimização de um trocador de calor de placas do tipo PHE (Plate Heat Exchanger). Buscando assim uma maior eficiência na troca térmica, fazendo com que a peça acabada fique dentro das especificações padronizadas pela norma interna do fornecedor. Neste aspecto são mostradas as medições de vazões e temperaturas realizadas antes do projeto de aperfeiçoamento. provando a necessidade de ajuste do trocador de calor com o objetivo de se obter um maior ganho no processo. E por último é mostrado os resultados alcançados com a melhoria realizada no trocador de calor. |
| Abstract: | This work consists of presenting an improvement in a cooling bath for a nylon pipe extrusion line. Techniques were used to optimize a PHE plate heat exchanger (Plate Heat Exchanger). Thus seeking a greater efficiency in the thermal exchange, making the finished part stay within the specifications standardized by the internal norm of the supplier. In this aspect, flow and temperature measurements made before the improvement project are shown. proving the need to adjust the heat exchanger in order to obtain a greater gain in the process. Finally, the results achieved with the improvement made in the heat exchanger are shown. |
