| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O diabetes faz com que a energia utilizada para os movimentos seja retirada da glicose que fica estocada no fígado e no músculo. O diabetes Mellitus (DM) é uma síndrome sistémica que se caracteriza pela alteração do metabolismo dos carboidratos, proteínas e gorduras, sendo que a causa reside na falta de insulina ou de sua capacidade de agir adequadamente. O objetivo deste estudo foi verificar através de dados da literatura cientifica, a influência do exercício físico no tratamento da Diabetes dentro da escola. Este estudo mostra as causas do aparecimento da diabetes bem como suas consequências quando não tratado. A conclusão que se chega é que realmente o exercício é um fator coadjuvante na prevenção e no tratamento desta doença. |
| Abstract: | Diabetes causes the energy used for movements to be removed from the glucose that is stored in the liver and muscle. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a systemic syndrome that is characterized by changes in the metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, the cause of which is the lack of insulin or its ability to act properly. The aim of this study was to verify, using scientific literature data, the influence of physical exercise in the treatment of Diabetes at school. This study shows the causes of the onset of diabetes as well as its consequences when left untreated. The conclusion that is reached is that exercise is actually a supporting factor in the prevention and treatment of this disease. |
