| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O Judô é um desporto praticado como arte marcial, foi criado por Jigoro Kano. Seus principais objetivos são o fortalecimento físico, menta e espiritual de format integral, além de desenvolver também técnicas de defesa pessoal. O Judo é uma modalidade de grande aceitação em todo mundo e atualmente é muito praticada e difundida. O grande mestre Kano procurou reunir a essência dos principais estilos e escola de Jiu Jitsu já que foi dai que buscou inspiração para criação do Judo. Este trabalho de revisão bibliográfica tem por objetivo demonstrar à importância de se ensinar a modalidade para crianças da educação infantil. Foi realizada uma pesquisa analítica e revisão de literatura acerca do tema. Conclui-se que o Judô traz benefícios para a formação do ser humano integral e é considerada uma modalidade completa e contribui com grande valia para o desenvolvimento do individuo. |
| Abstract: | Judo is a sport practiced as a martial art, it was created by Jigoro Kano. Its main objectives are the physical, mental and spiritual strengthening in an integral format, in addition to developing self-defense techniques. Judo is a highly accepted sport around the world and is currently widely practiced and widespread. The great master Kano sought to bring together the essence of the main styles and school of Jiu Jitsu since it was there that he sought inspiration for the creation of Judo. This bibliographical review work aims to demonstrate the importance of teaching the modality to children in kindergarten. An analytical research and literature review on the subject were carried out. It is concluded that Judo brings benefits for the formation of the integral human being and is considered a complete modality and contributes with great value to the individual's development. |
