A EDUCAÇÃO FÍSICA COMO ESTRATÉGIA DE AÇÃO AO COMBATE DO BULLYING NO AMBIENTE ESCOLAR

Abstract

This work aims to verify how school Physical Education can help students who suffer bullying at school. Bullying is often ignored by teachers, and it manifests itself mainly in Physical Education classes, directly or indirectly, as the physical, which is one of the main objects of bullying, is more exposed during these classes. Having witnessed several cases of bullying in schools, it was decided to do this work in an attempt to know whether the Physical Education professional is able to help fight this process. It is concluded that Physical Education teachers need to be aware of this phenomenon of bullying in their classes, because regardless of physical aggression, it affects children and adolescents psychologically, harming them for the rest of their lives. responsible for the education of the individual and in which it is necessary to learn to live with different people in different situations. The methodology used was the bibliographical research.
