ANÁLISE DE VIABLIDADE DA IMPLANTAÇÃO DE UM SISTEMA DE REUSO DE ÁGUAS CINZAS E APROVEITAMENTO DE ÁGUA PLUVIAL EM UM RESIDENCIAL NO MUNICÍPIO DE MACHADO-MG

Abstract

This work aims to characterize two types of water reuse systems, such as the reuse of gray water and the system for the utilization of rainwater. Both systems seek to collect, treat and store effluents from domestic and rainwater activities and then use them for non-potable activities in a residence. Reuse this water already collected and treated in residential activities that do not require drinking quality such as: sanitary discharges, floor washing, garden irrigation and ornamental uses help to preserve groundwater and water resources, and bring economic viability in mid-term. Still in this reference work will be done an analysis to determine the costs of implementation of these systems and conclude if they really are feasible, defining how long will be the period of return on investments. The object of study will be a residential located in Machado-MG, and as it is in work, will be estimated the consumption of water of the residents, in order to be designed the systems.
