| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho aborda o Ensino Religioso nas escolas públicas brasileiras. Tal bordagem é devida ao fato da existência de várias discussões acerca da legalidade deste ensino diante da laicidade do Estado. O propósito deste trabalho é conhecer o histórico deste ensino, as leis que o regem o a concepção pedagógica e social que o aborda atualmente na educação pública brasileira. Este intento será conseguido mediante a pesquisa bibliográfica a obras pertinentes ao tema e a suas reflexões. A pesquisa esclareceu que o Ensino Religioso na educação pública brasileira é obrigatório, porém de caráter facultativo, e deve ter uma concepção cientifica acerca do estudo das religiões e de seus fenômenos, dentro de uma visão pluralista. |
| Abstract: | This work deals with Religious Education in Brazilian public schools. Such an approach is due to the fact of the existence of several discussions about the legality of this teaching on the secularity of the State. The purpose of this work is to know the history of this teaching the laws that govern it and the pedagogical and social concept that currently addresses the Brazilian public education. This purpose will be achieved by the relevant research works to the topic and their reflections. Research clarified that Religious Education in Brazilian public education is mandatory, but optional, and should have a scientific conception of the study of religions and its phenomena, within a pluralistic view |
