O DIREITO À EDUCAÇÃO NA MODALIDADE DE EDUCAÇÃO DE JOVENS E ADULTOS - EJA

Abstract

This work describes on education of young people and adults EIA, addressing the right by education which must be known and exercised by all regardless of race, color or genre. This approach is justified by the need to hear the proposal of the Eld with intention to realize the right that we all have in education. The objective to show the modality of education as a right and opportunity for those who had no opportunity to study at the right age. This intention will be achieved through a bibliographic review before authors as Freire Friedrich Oliveira. Rubens, thus: Vieira (2004) among others. This sth demonstrated that the proposal of the EJA is to help young people and adults, seeking their rights and set a result of positivity in the achievement of a quality education and to complete the full high school education.
