AVALIAÇÃO DE PADRONIZAÇÃO E SEGURANÇA EM CANTEIRO DE OBRAS DO TIPO RESTRITO: Estudo de caso cidade de Varginha -MG

Abstract

Civil construction is characterized as one of the greatest accelerators of the economy and job creation in a direct and indirect way. A study is needed as activities that contemplate as buildings themselves and where all the transformations and front of work occur. The case study at a construction site in a hybrid structure, that is, one that contemplates two different types of constructive systems, there is no metallic structure and reinforced concrete, besides the use of mixed slabs of incorporated formwork. The work is developed in two stages the first reference to bibliographic research on the planning aspects that involve a specific construction site and then an understanding of the items and processes that composes as activities of the construction systems used. The second stage was carried out with data collection and monitoring elements of the constituent elements of the site. A review of the stages and phases of the work was made in order to compare and survey NR-18 (1996), and ABNT NBR 12284 (1991), observing as conditions under which the work is subject, it was observed that many situations do not meet the criteria of the standard referring to a construction site and also the aspect of security within the specific site in order to propose a better condition of layout of the execution.
