Information management is fundamental within the educational institutions aiding in their success. Data must be processed generating information that can help decision making. In the educational sector this is checked, a huge amount of data that is not used properly and effectively. This project aims at the development and implementation of an information system in a sale of the institution of courses and books in order to improve processes and help management in decision making. The software is designed to receive the launch of sales courses and books and through the pre-established rates it calculates the commission and cast the value to the seller. These data can be fetched in a report that will assist the institution managers in decision making. In developing the project, it took the use of method. development related to Software Engineering area. the language C# and SQL Database Automate this whole process was very important because it helped in the management of information within the institution.
