| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho tem como finalidade realizar a padronização do projeto de uma colheitadeira de café em uma empresa do ramo de fabricação de colheitadeira de café localizada na cidade de Varginha/Mg. O estudo tem como objetivo apresentar os desenhos técnico dos seus componentes, que são fabricados dentro desta empresa, para a montagem da colheitadeira, a fim de minimizar a perda de material devido ao alto custo, e diminuir o tempo de fabricação devido a alta demanda que estava ocorrendo. O propósito é explorar os conhecimentos de entendimento em desenho técnico para que possa realizar um comparativo antes deste projeto e ao fim dele. Os resultados ao final deste projeto foram satisfatórios, podendo identificar um aproveitamento do tempo em média de 25% na fabricação da mesma, e também um aproveitamento na diminuição na perca dos materiais utilizados. |
| Abstract: | This work has how to carry out the standardization of the design of a coffee harvester in a company in the coffee harvester manufacturing branch located in the city of Varginha / Mg. The study aims to present the technical design of the components that are manufactured within this company for the assembly of the combine, in order to minimize material loss due to the high cost, and reduce manufacturing time due to the high demand that was occurring. The purpose is to explore the knowledge of understanding in technical drawing so that you can make a comparison before this project and at the end of it. The results at the end of this project were satisfactory, being able to identify an average use of 25% in its manufacture, and also an advantage in reducing the loss of used materials. |
