Abstract

This work seeks to analyze the types and forms of responsibilities imposed on agents that by chance cause damage to the environment. Such an approach is necessary, given that damage to the environment is increasingly present in everyday life, and that they affect not only the environment, but also the population. Thus, what is meant by environmental damage, and what are the forms of accountability of the agent causing the damage? Based on this assumption, this work aims to demonstrate the types of sanctions that can be applied to agents causing damage to the environment, as well as the forms of liability of this agent together with the proper repair of the damage caused to the environment. For this, in order to develop the theme in the best possible way, the purpose of this work will be achieved through bibliographical and documentary research.
