Abstract

This paper analyzes the difficulty of the rural worker in proving the period worked for retirement by age. Such an approach is justified since social security as an integral part of social security has the role of preventing inequalities from widening. The purpose of this study is to address the retirement age of rural workers, highlighting and investigating the granting of benefits in administrative and judicial forms, both as forms of social inclusion in social security policies. This intention will be achieved through literature review. The study showed that increasing modernization and urbanization brings major social changes, reflecting on informality, intense mechanization, which directly affects rural workers and consequently on the enjoyment of retirement due to social security policy
