| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente artigo pretende observar e analisar, através da bibliografia selecionada, as condições brasileiras atuais, quanto à mediação exercida durante a resolução de conflitos relacionados à alienação parental. Foi realizada uma busca através de documentos, como a Lei N° 9.099/95, dos Juizados Especiais Cíveis e Criminais, artigos científicos publicados on-line e livros, também encontrados on-line, para fundamentação teórica deste trabalho. De modo a identificar as melhores situações possíveis que possam amenizar a alienação parental através desta pesquisa, e concluir, mesmo que como hipótese, averiguar as vantagens em se utilizar e embasar o papel do mediador, a fim de combater situações negativas de alienação parental. Poder oferecer, nesta pesquisa, um observatório para os interessados no âmbito do direito, sobre o tema deste trabalho, que aborda informações importantes sobre a alienação parental no Brasil. |
| Abstract: | This article intends to observe and analyze, through the selected bibliography, the current Brazilian conditions, regarding the mediation exercised during the resolution of conflicts related to parental alienation. A search was carried out through documents, such as Law N° 9,099/95, of the Special Civil and Criminal Courts, scientific articles published online and books, also found online, for the theoretical foundation of this work. In order to identify the best possible situations that can alleviate parental alienation through this research, and conclude, even as a hypothesis, investigating the advantages of using and supporting the role of the mediator, in order to combat negative situations of parental alienation. To be able to offer, in this research, an observatory for those interested in the field of Law, on the theme of this work, which addresses important information about parental alignment in Brazil |
