ASPECTOS LEGAIS DA SEGURANÇA PÚBLICA: um direito fundamental

Abstract

This course conclusion work has as its theme to discuss about the general and introductory panorama of Public Security in Brazil, as well as its legal aspects. The subject to be discussed in this study has been the target of several debates, configuring one of the most disturbing setbacks in Brazil. The general objective of this work will be to demonstrate, through a theoretical study, about the guiding principles of public security in Brazil. In addition, the specific objectives will be: to bring conceptual postulations about Public Security in Brazil; show the guiding principles of Public Security in the Federal Constitution of 1988, being a Fundamental Right; highlight the barriers to be overcome in relation to Public Safety and; discuss about public policies aimed at Security, bringing to the discussion the National Plan for Public Security in Brazil. For this purpose, a bibliographic research of a methodological nature will be carried out with the authors and current documents that deal with the subject of Public Security.
