Abstract

The purpose of the article in short is the analysis and understanding of the procedural institute provisional compliance with the judgment, from the perspective of the civil liability of the judgment debtor. Through the Code of Civil Procedure, the principles of enforcement, the types and different forms of compliance with the sentence will be studied, as well as the procedure for its application, in addition to jurisprudential understandings on the subject.
