| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho aborda sobre a fraude contra a atividade seguradora. Tal abordagem se faz necessária devido ao fato de ter se tornado um ato bastante comum, prejudicando a sociedade como um todo, principalmente aqueles que, de boa-fé, são obrigados a pagar um valor exorbitante no seguro por conta de fraudes. O propósito deste estudo é repassar a informação do quanto está sendo prejudicial o índice de fraude na economia do mundo, relatando principalmente no Brasil. Esta tarefa será realizada mediante estudo do caso que foi realizado neste Artigo Científico apresentado ao Curso de Direito da Faculdade Três Pontas – FATEPS. A pesquisa mostrou que as fraudes só vêm aumentando e quem vem sofrendo muito com isso, são os de boa-fé e o sistema judiciário que vem sendo muito falho a estes casos. |
| Abstract: | This work deal with fraud Against insurance activity. Such na approach is necessary due to the fact that it has become a very common act in society harming society as a shole, especially those in good faith who are dorced to pay na exorbitant amout in insurance due to fraud. The purpose of this study is to passo n information on how harmful the fraud rate is in the world economy, reporting mainly in Brazil. This task will be carried out through a case study that was carried out in this Scientific Article presented to he Law Course at Faculdade Três Pontas – FATEPS. The survev showed that frauds are Only increasing and those who have been suffering a lot from it are those of good faith and the judicial system that has been very flawes in the these cases |
