AS SANÇÕES CÍVEIS QUE PODEM SER APLICADAS NUMA SITUAÇÃO DE ABANDONO AFETIVO PARENTAL

Abstract

Ensuring not only rights, but also duties, the legal system provides basic guarantees that are directed to those who are in the custody of an adult. In other words, children and young people have the legal support that provides them with physical, psychological, moral and sustainable conditions; so that they can develop with excellent fullness during the first - and later - years of life. In addition, the organization of official documents define parameters that must be followed and in the meantime, there is or is not compliance with such standards by the responsible adult. of meanings that can be attributed to family relationships - especially affective ones -. Nevertheless, the aim is to investigate, in the light of Brazilian legislation, how the phenomenon of parental abandonment is present in the lives of children and young people; and the respective impacts.
