| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho visa analisar as forças envolvidas no aparafusamento com torquimetro manual e em contra partida desenvolver uma ferramenta hidráulica que seja capaz de tensionar o parafuso de maneira equivalente. Durante o desenvolvimento do trabalho se faz necessário avaliar as forças envolvidas no aperto de um parafuso para desenvolvimento de uma ferramenta hidráulica que desempenhe a mesma função. Entender a necessidade de um processo, analisá-lo, decompor as forças atuantes de tensão e cisalhamento nos parafusos e roscas, para então fabricar um cilindro hidráulico que desempenhe a função de tensionamento e travamento do parafuso, posteriormente este dispositivo hidráulico deve ficar livre da pressão hidráulica, assegurando o travamento mecânico conforme projeto. |
| Abstract: | This work aims to analyze the forces involved in screwing with manual torque wrench and matched against developing a hydraulic tool that is capable of tensioning screw equivalently. During the development work is needed to evaluate the forces involved in the grip of a bolt for the development of a hydraulic tool that performs the same function. Understand the need for a process, analyze it, break down of forces acting in tension and shear bolts and screws, and then fabricate a hydraulic cylinder that perform the function of locking the bolt tensioning and later this hydraulic device must be free of pressure hydraulic, mechanical locking as ensuring the project. |
