| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho tem como objetivo principal elaborar uma proposta de plano de manutenção preventiva em redutores de velocidade de retíficas de uma empresa do ramo automobilístico, a fim de reduzir paradas inesperadas das máquinas e aumentar o tempo de vida útil do redutor, para que reduza os gastos não planejados. Ao longo do tempo, a tendência natural dos componentes é se desgastar e a lubrificação tem um destaque fundamental como forma de prevenção na proteção e no aumento de vida útil dos elementos dentro de uma indústria, reduzindo o atrito, desgastes, aumento de temperatura e corrosão. Sendo assim, o plano de manutenção preventiva para redutores de velocidade foi desenvolvido como as metodologias da manutenção preventiva, manutenção produtiva total TPM e juntamente com catálogos técnicos do componente. Por fim, será apresentado o resultado da elaboração do plano de manutenção preventiva em redutores de velocidade. |
| Resumen : | The main objective of this work is to elaborate a proposal for a preventive maintenance plan in grinding speed reducers of an automotive company, in order to reduce the difficulties of the machines and increase the useful life of the reduction, to reduce the unplanned costs. Over time, it is natural to wear out the temperature and increase the trend of increasing wear life in protection and increasing trend of increasing life within an industry, as the useful components of the increasing wear trend and protection elements. Therefore, the maintenance of the speed maintenance plan was developed as the total preventive maintenance for the maintenance of the maintenance, for the maintenance of the maintenance plan with the maintenance of the technicians. Finally, the result of the elaboration of the preventive maintenance plan in speed reducers will be presented. |
