| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A busca constante pela melhoria de processo dentro da indústria, como por exemplo o desenvolvimento de novos materiais e produtos, traz consigo vários benefícios para a empresa. Partindo desse pressuposto, este projeto tem como objetivo principal verificar o rendimento e desempenho do corte das diferentes ligas metálicas, sendo o aço VND utilizado atualmente pela empresa e a lâmina de carboneto de tungstênio com revestimento de nitreto de titânio (metal duro) proposto nesta pesquisa, calculando o custo-benefício entre elas, considerando a redução do custo de operação, apresentando o estudo de capabilidade e variação do processo de corte. |
| Abstract: | The constant search for process improvement within the industry, such as the development of new materials and products, brings with it several benefits for the company. Based on this assumption, this project has as main objective to verify the yield and cutting performance of the different metallic alloys, being the VND steel currently used by the company and the tungsten carbide blade with titanium nitride coating (carbide) proposed in this research, calculating the cost-benefit between them, considering the reduction of the operation cost, presenting the study of capability and variation of the cutting process. |
