Através dessa narrativa, busca-se demonstrar os pontos positivos da prática do crossfit na promoção da saúde e será apresentado os pontos negativos desse esporte para viabilizar uma discussão sobre os desafios que os alunos enfrentam durante a realização dos treinos. A experiência baseia-se teoricamente em Vasconcelos; Rios; Xavier e Lopes; Tibana; Diegoli, entre outros. Acredita-se que os resultados deste relato possam contribuir para o debate e reflexões sobre a prática do crossfit e seu impacto no esporte. |
| Abstract: | The present work presents a report of an experience lived in the context of "sports practice", during the period from 2022 to 2024, acting as a trainee coach. Through this narrative, it is sought to demonstrate the positive points of the practice of crossfit in the promotion of health and the negative points of this sport will be presented to enable a discussion about the challenges that students face during training. The experience is theoretically based on Vasconcelos; Rios; Xavier e Lopes; Tibana; Diegoli, among others. It is believed that the results of this report can contribute to the debate and reflections on the practice of CrossFit and its impact on sport. |
