O exercício físico em sua plenitude traz muitos benefícios para a manutenção da saúde de pessoas na terceira idade. Neste artigo será feita uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o tema, considerando artigos científicos nacionais e internacionais de referência. Com isso, busca-se evidências dos benefícios do exercício físico resistido para a saúde dos idosos. |
| Abstract: | We know that is not just about apparent physical degeneration ,but also the loss of cognitive and social skills that comes with the ageing of the body.The ageing of the world’s population is a reality and with it opens up opportunities for health professionals. Physical exercise in its entirety has many benefits for maintaining the health of people in old age .This article will carry out a literature review on the subject taking into account national and international scientific reference articles. The aim is to find evidence of the benefits of resistance exercise for the health of the elderly. |
