Abstract

This study aims to demonstrate the limitations imposed by environmental law, based on constitutional guidelines, and their methods of supervision, thus guiding the correct way of usufruct of rural properties, respecting the environment in all its segments, targeting a balanced living and ensuring social function present in the legal system.The world today suffers the preterit interference of men, without thinking about the future and without worrying about the environment always removed without limitation to its raw materials, without due concern to preserve, thus causing the conceited and selfish problems weather we suffer now.Notwithstanding the provisions in the law, we must have an awareness that respects the environment, we will have a better world for our descendants, and working the guidance of the owners, as well as forms of active surveillance, with both public agencies and private entities, the planet thanks and gives us the fruits of so much need.
