| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | A permanência e continuidade de uma empresa no mercado de trabalho dependem da necessidade de busca contínua para aumentar a produtividade e aumentar a competitividade. Portanto, este projeto visa identificar em uma fábrica de jeans a capacidade produtiva, além de oferecer um novo cenário onde este possa ser expandido. Para que esta pesquisa fosse concluída, houve uma coleta de dados sobre o processo de estudo de tempo e movimento e foi concluída durante as visitas de campo da empresa. Os dados foram processados através de simulação computacional realizada no software Arena Student 14, e afirmou que, ao recrutar mais de dois funcionários, a capacidade produtiva aumentou em 97,76%. |
| Abstract: | The permanence and continuity for a company in the labour market rely on the necessity of continuous search to increase the productivity and to grow the competitivity. Therefore, this project aims to identify in a jeans factory the productive capability, in addition, to offer a new scenario where this can be expanded. For this research to be concluded there was a data collection over the process of time and motion study and it wascompleted during the company field visits. The data has been processed through a computer simulation that was done in the Arena Student 14 software, and it stated that recruiting more than two employees the productive capacity increased in 97,76%. |
