Abstract

This work addresses the effect of modeling massage in the treatment of fibrous edema (FEG). Such an approach is necessary to treat this possible pathology that affects the skin, which besides being aesthetically disagreeable, such affection causes psychosocial problems caused by the collection of aesthetic standards, can lead to problems in the affected areas and decrease of The purpose of this work is to focus on modeling massage as one of the alternative techniques in the treatment of EGF. This purpose will be achieved through bibliographic review. The study demonstrated that massage is essential in the treatment of fibroid edema geloide, but should not be used as the only therapeutic resource due to the multifactorial etiology of EGF. The modeling massage works in the localized regions of the body where it wants a reduction of measurements and improvement of the fibrous geloid edema.
