Abstract

This scientific text aims to analyze some concepts about teaching and training of teachers and the important role that carries this training and enablement, because these professionals will work together to one modality of education. This training allows you to join the teaching practice, offering theoretical-methodological framework for improving educational, social and ethical profession. At the same time, this practice must become reflective, discussing issues related to the actions and methodologies applied at these levels. This study examines some key issues that are based on elucidating the importance of continuous education of teachers and how it should be their practice in the classroom, in aid of the construction of the subject? The text consists of a bibliographic research and to your basement, all authors are unanimous in stating the important role of the training of these teachers and the performance of their educational practice. Thus, it is expected that this analysis can collaborate with models of academic reflection and action in the university spaces.
