Abstract

Currently, Brazil faces the devaluation of the real in relation to the other currencies of the world, mainly the dollar. This variation not only affects the price of imported products but also domestic products, since many industries use imported inputs or imported parts. With this, customs advice is necessary so that the importer earns in terms of cost, time and benefit. The present paper will present alternatives for reducing the cost, time and benefits of special regimes that exist, but which are little known. Through a case study, a simulation will be done where the client exposes the importance of an importation of iron clothes for a period of sales of the mother days, where the delay or bottleneck will mean loss of a large volume of sales.
