| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho analisa o clima e a cultura organizacional da Cooperativa de Agricultores Familiares de Poço Fundo e Região - COOPFAM os conceitos de clima e cultura contribuem de maneira satisfatória para compreender o estágio no qual a organização se situa. O presente trabalho foi feito através de um estudo de caso com os funcionários da COOOPFAM a fim de identificar o clima e as suas possíveis influencias na cultura organizacional da empresa. Os resultados indicaram que as percepções dos membros, da unidade são comprometidos com seu trabalho na empresa, e que a cultura influencia positivamente a o clima organizacional na COOFAM. |
| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the climate and organizational culture of the Cooperativa de Family Farmers of Poço Fundo and Região - COOPFAM the concepts of climate and contribute satisfactorily to understanding the stage at which organization is situated. The present work was done through a case study with the COOOPFAM officials in order to identify the climate and its possible influences organizational culture of the company. The results indicated that the perceptions of members of the unit are committed to their work in the company, and that the culture positively influences the organizational climate in COOFAM. |
