Abstract

This paper reports on private pension. OR private pension has as main feature the complementary nature which is the foundation of this type of pension plan. The approach of the importance of private pension is justified because there is a growing need for planning the future, most people started to become aware of the need to save today to ensure better quality of life tomorrow. The aim is to conduct a literature review on social security. This purpose will be achieved through a literature search, to the study of materials available in databases. In conclusion, by the advancing path of private pension, this system has great potential for expansion and growth, and also the recognition of private pension can become a reference for states and municipalities, allowing the establishment of actions to encourage companies to build, together with its employees with a private pension plan.
