| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Este trabalho disserta sobre a obesidade infantil. Tal abordagem se impõe devido à necessidade de realizar estudos a fim de aprimorar os conhecimentos da sociedade sobre a obesidade infantil, que é um grande problema para a sociedade que vem atingindo cada vez maiores números de crianças. O objetivo de este estudo é refletir sobre a gravidade da obesidade infantil na atualidade e a importância das ações de educação a nutrição e as práticas de atividades físicas na prevenção e no tratamento. Este propósito será conseguido mediante da pesquisa bibliográfica. A análise esclareceu que é de suma importância o trabalho de educação e nutrição associado à prática de atividades físicas para prevenção e tratamento dessa patologia que vem crescendo na população acentuadamente na população infantil. |
| Abstract: | This work talks about childhood obesity. This approach is essential because of the need to conduct studies to improve the knowledge of society about childhood obesity, which is a big problem for the next society reaching ever higher numbers of children. The objective of this study is to reflect on the seriousness of the childhood obesity today and the importance of nutrition education and physical activity practices in prevention and treatment. This purpose will be achieved by means of bibliographical research. The analysis clarified that it is of the utmost importance to education and nutrition work associated with the practice of physical activities for the prevention and treatment of this pathology that is growing in population sharply in children. |
