TRADIÇÕES CULTURAIS E MUSICAIS BRASILEIRAS: o desaparecimento da cultura tradicional brasileira

Abstract

This paper analyzes the Brazilian cultural and musical traditions and the reasons for the disappearance of such traditions. To solve this problem we need a joint effort between the society, authorities and people involved, for example, the proposal to develop work in schools applying teaching or activity that rescue those traditions presenting them to young people, children and adolescents. Such an approach is necessary to demonstrate to society the importance of cultural tradition, bringing back the traditional culture and to diagnose the reasons why such a tradition is fading in the Brazilian socio-cultural setting. The objective of this work is to rescue the cultural tradition and Brazilian music. This purpose is achieved by researching scientific literature review articles, books or other media on this subject. Research has shown that cultural tradition is being forgotten and only through a structured work together with society and authorities by presenting to cultural and social layers and new generations of children, youth and adolescents the quality of cultural tradition and musical times predecessors to these generations.
