A CRIANÇA E O LÚDICO: a importância do brincar

Abstract

This monograph describes the contributions of the ludic on the process of teaching and learning, mainly in the period of Childhood Education. This approach is justified by the relevance of the theme, since it deals with a resource that offers to the children the opportunity of interaction and enlargement of learning possibilities. The purpose of this research is to know the benefits of the play, the toys, and the games. This intent will be achieved by bibliographic research. The research evidenced that, to have a good development and participation in an active way in the word in which they live, the children need to play. It’s necessary to recognize that the toys and the gams bring innumerable opportunities of development to the children, because they allow the development of many skills. Playing, the children feels stimulated to experience, discover, create, and learn. The “play” is inherent to the childhood, and when it join the school practices, it makes the “learn” be more pleasurable.
