COMPARATIVO DE CUSTO ENTRE O MÉTODO CONSTRUTIVO DE CONCRETO ARMADO E ALVENARIA DE VEDAÇÃO EM RELAÇÃO AO MÉTODO DE ALVENARIA ESTRUTURAL COM BLOCO CERÂMICO PARA RESIDÊNCIAS DE PEQUENO PORTE

Abstract

In popular residential projects, one of the most relevant factors is cost. Given this fact, this article seeks to direct the economic advantages that can be obtained from the correct choice of the constructive method, contrasting two methods: the method of reinforced concrete and masonry of sealing, traditionally most used in the Perdões city, Minas Gerais State, with the structural masonry method, which may be an interesting option from the supply of structural blocks recently produced by a company installed in the city. This comparative was carried out from an architectural project of a single-family residence with 58.6 m², which served as a guide to generate the structural projects, survey of the services based on the SINAPI table, consumption of materials and budgets with values found in the city, according to the characteristics of each method. In this way, this research makes a quantitative comparison of consumption and cost of materials and production, seeking to present the economic advantages and disadvantages of each of the systems, besides presenting benefits of the respective methods.
