GESTÃO DE PROJETOS NA CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL: estudo de caso na empresa CIMED - Companhia Indústria de Medicamentos, na cidade de Pouso Alegre/MG

Abstract

This work analyzes the management of projects in the civil construction from a case study in a work of company of the industrial sector of medicines. This approach is justified by the fact that, when considering the daily routine of a construction site, there is a need to implement good project management to achieve the expected results, in the right time with the client and in the conditions pre-established. The objective of this study is to present the main relationships of the best practices of project management in the construction industry, such as the elaboration of a schedule of the execution of the work, demonstrating the possibility of monitoring the progress of the work, as well as distributing the number of people needed to each stage of the work. This attempt will be obtained from a case study in a work of company of the industrial sector of medicines. The study proved that planning is fundamental for the project to be delivered as previously requested by the client. To this end, the implementation of a correct project management provides better conditions to achieve this objective, since it allows to follow the development of the work throughout its life, favoring, therefore, the delivery of the work in the term and quality expected.
