COMPARATIVO DE PLANEJAMENTO E ORÇAMENTO DE OBRAS DE UMA RESIDÊNCIA PADRÃO MÉDIO NA CIDADE DE CRUZÍLIA - MG

Abstract

In this study, it was intended to show the importance of planning through the budget of an average standard work in the city of Cruzília, MG. As a general objective, it was tried to demonstrate that a good planning and budget of a structural work, through spreadsheets will reduce the expenses at the end of the work. And the specific objectives that motivated this research were: Plan all stages of the work; Analyze the architectural and structural design; Identify market prices and do good planning through two budget worksheets. The methodology used was a bibliographic research and a case study. As a theoretical reference is made by Limmer (1996) and Chiavenato (1983), as well as other scholars of the subject. As for the case study, we present the budget comparison of two spreadsheets, one used by a Civil Engineer and the other TCPO worksheet (Price Composition Table for Budgets). It is hoped that this study will show that the quality and degree of benefits obtained with good planning of a project are factors directly related to the effectiveness during the monitoring of the implementation of the planned activities, as well as a lower expenditure at the end of the project.
