| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O corrente trabalho tem como escopo demonstrar a importância das Diretivas Antecipadas de Vontade, na modalidade Testamento Vital, como meio para se defender a possibilidade do indivíduo em si mesmo definir como será o desfecho de sua vida, caso esteja seriamente doente e sem meios de expressar suas vontades. Assim, visa destacar que tal instituto tem como função resguardar os direitos das pessoas diretamente envolvidas, sejam o paciente ou o médico, motivando a atuação do legislador, do magistrado, dos familiares e do médico, a fim de que seja preservado o desejo pessoal do enfermo, para que possa por si mesmo agir segundo seus intrínsecos valores, principalmente em questões tangentes a própria saúde. |
| Abstract: | The current work has the objective to demonstrate the importance of Directives Ante-ci-padas Will, in the form Living Will, as a means to defend the possi-ness of the individual in itself set to be the outcome of your life if you are seriously ill and no means of expressing their will. Thus aims to highlight that this insti-tute function is to protect the rights of the peo-ple directly involved, either the patient or the doctor, motivating the actions of the legislature, the magistrate, the family and the physician in order to be preserved desire sick staff, so they can in itself act according to their intrinsic values, especially in tangential issues their health. |
