| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | Desenvolvido e implantado em meados de 1980 pela Motorola, esta metodologia destina-se na melhoria da qualidade nos serviços e na produção. Largamente aplicada pela indústria e que teve um grande impacto no que diz respeito à qualidade na produção. Seis Sigma tem em seu principal objetivo reduzir os desperdícios e secar os processos produtivos. Este trabalho apresenta o resultado de pesquisas bibliográficas. Com o objetivo de apresentar o Seis Sigma, mostrando através de ferramentas que ajudem no planejamento e instalação deste conceito para estimular o desenvolvimento das indústrias, aumentando a competitividade e reduzindo os custos através da melhoria da qualidade. |
| Abstract: | Developed and deployed in the mid-1980s by Motorola, this methodology is aimed at improving quality in services and production. Widely applied by the industry and that had a great impact with respect to the quality in the production. Six Sigma has in its main objective to reduce the wastes and to dry the productive processes. This paper presents the results of bibliographical research. With the aim of presenting Six Sigma, showing through tools that help in the planning and installation of this concept to stimulate the development of industries, increasing competitiveness and reducing costs by improving quality. |
