ANÁLISE DO ÍNDICE DE CAPACIDADE PARA O TRABALHO EM UMA COOPERATIVA DE LATICÍNIOS

Abstract

This paper proposes the study and application of the Work Capability Index (ICT) method in a Dairy Cooperative, showing the emergence, concept and application. The theme was chosen to divulge the importance that the tool has within the industries, how much its effect is important and how it helps to recover the capacity for the work of the company. Demonstrating the study of the ICT in part of the staff of the Cooperative of Dairy, is of extreme importance to analyze the positive or deficit that the company has. The project will be carried out through a bibliographical research and a case study at the Cooperative, located in the city of Boa Esperança, Minas Gerais, from February to October 2017. The first part of the project will be to present the questionnaire of the Work Ability Index, which they will have to respond to. From your answers, we must analyze how much the employees have the capacity to develop their functions. With this, we can propose measures to improve the company's work capacity.
