Abstract

With the theme Environmental Civil Liability, this work aims to emphasize the application of objective liability of the agent causing the damage. With the occurrence of so much pollution and environmental catastrophes, we seek to identify and raise awareness among individuals, legal entities and even inspection bodies about environmental preservation, based on the rights, duties and environmental legislation in force. Thus, after the characterization of the civil responsibility and the identification of the one who married him, then, means are sought to repair the injury suffered in all the forms that the legal system establishes.
