| metadata.dc.description.resumo: | O presente trabalho tem como objetivo analisar o fenômeno do tráfico de drogas de exploração que tem sido um assunto de muitas discussões internacionais, o tráfico tem finalidade final o lucro adquirido e se utiliza de pessoas que estão em situações vulneráveis de pobreza, esse tornam perseguidas pelos aliciadores que aproveitam das propostas tentadoras e irrecusáveis de uma mudança de vida, no âmbito social e financeiro. Assim, quando chegam aos destinos finais se deparam com um a realidade totalmente diferente do que foi prometido, sendo obrigadas a sobreviverem a condições piores do que aquelas que deixaram quando saiu de seu país em busca de melhoria de vida, tendo agressões físicas e psicológicas, e um caminho que muitas vezes não consegue encontrar saída. Desta forma, a presente monografia pretende relacionar o tema em uma visão bem aprofundada, buscando conceituara partir do perfil das vítimas até as análises da legislação internacional e nacional aplicada à espécie. |
| Abstract: | The present work aims at analyzing the phenomenon of trafficking in drugs that has been a subject of many international discussions, trafficking has a final purpose of gaining profit and using people who are in vulnerable situations of poverty. who take advantage of the tempting and irrefutable proposals for a change of life in the social and financial spheres. Thus, when they reach the final destinations they encounter a totally different reality from what was promised, being forced to survive worse conditions than those left when they left their country in search of better life, having physical and psychological aggressions, and a path that can often find no way out. In this way, the present monograph intends to relate the theme in a very deepened view, seeking to conceptualize from the profile of the victims to the analyzes of the international and national legislation applied to the species. |
